Sheriff Jim Wilson had a diatribe on FaceBook a few months ago about Patton's "Pimp from a cheap New Orleans whorehouse" comment and how many Rangers and other gunmen carried pearl handled revolvers. On the other hand, Ranger Joaquin Jackson had the same opinion as Patton about pearl grips, ("And only pimps and whores carried grips of Mother of Pearl", ONE RANGER, page 79). Sadly, mine are plastic while the Rangers' are real.
