Hearing Aids for Shooting.

I use to see Digital Hearing Aids advertised that would shut down when gun shots were fired. Do any of you have any recollection of those or do other companies have them now?

Really liked the thoughts of being able to wear them hunting and be safe to shoot all you wanted and be able to hear normally the rest of the time. And do any of you use this type of product if they still exist.
