.45 Colt Defense Loads

I haven't carried a .45 colt for serious duty in awhile, but when I did, I used either CCI aluminum cased ammo with the 200 gr 'flying ask an' you speak of or some Federal LSWC-HP. Both shot well, and both expanded in water filled milk jugs for me just fine. I believe Cor Bon makes a 225 or so far JHP and I'm sure that Buffalo Bore would make something suitable as well.
