What's the price range on clean DW revolvers in 357 mag or 445 Supermag? I don't see enough of them to know.
Dan Wesson price check?

Around here, .357s will go $600 and up as long as it isn't the earlier models with the pork chop barrels. .445, I'm guessing at least $1200, maybe more. The Supermag models have really skyrocketed in price.

You made me check GunBroker... and renewed a hankering for a Dan Wesson with a 6" or 8" barrel in 357 Magnum... That was the first pistol I ever shot relatively long range. It was in a friend's hardware store and he let me take anything from the used rack out for "a function test" because he knew I'd bring it back spic and span - plus I got my ammo from him so it was a win/win situation for us both. He got a DW 357 in once and I took it out to the local "shooting range" (a wash on the edge of town that eventually was converted to a fishing pond). Targets of opportunity were engaged, including a plastic laundry soap bottle at around 100 yards or so. I've wanted one ever since, just haven't found one while up north and had available funds. There are some at reasonable prices on GunBroker. Have you found one locally you're looking at?

Now you've got me curious as to which caliber. Barrel length? Someday I'm going to have to break down and get me a Death Ray in a longer barreled sixgun (although that new 8 shot Ruger tickles my curiosity something fierce) Never have owned one, but have shot a few. The Dan Wesson is way up there on my wanna have list due to my early exposure to the same. A "Six Series" Ruger is also way up there.
