Barrett Tillman

Another loss. My longtime friend and colleague Mike Dillon departed the pattern last night, age 81. He's best known as the patron of Dillon Precision (reloading machines) and Dillon Aero (the 7.62 minigun, etc) but Mike was first and foremost a cherished friend to those privileged to know him. Unconventional, smart, innovative, and FUN. Absolutely irreplaceable.

We just lost one of the most innovative gentlemen in the world of firearms. May our heavenly Father wrap his arms around Mikes family and his extended family at Dillon during this time of loss.

Don't forget he was the one that said he would sell straight to the public skipping the industry insiders so his presses could be affordable to the average shooter. truly did more for shooters than anyone would ever know or understand.

than most people will ever know.
Those guns were the most reliable 7.62 mgs I ever had the pleasure to shoot and maintain.
Oh my.
