They look really good and I've been thinking about one in .38-55 for awhile.

wanted one myself, but the bore is disappointingly
oversized from what I have read, like many older marlins were.....don't know why they did that. wanted to use the same projectiles, etc that I use with my old Winchesters...but don't think they would work....so I passed on this one.
I've been curious about the dimensions...

it would be my first 38-55 so I don't have to worry about fitting bullets I already use.
