a Seville .41, new to me, maybe brand new

just picked this up for a fairly low price, through auction, and the online photos didn't do it justice. it looks as though it is unfired:

though there is an almost imperceptible turn line:

the finish on this is like a mirror, and unblemished

the barrel is long, 9 1/2"....................... i bet this would be a shooting machine ! this puts me in a bit of a quandary: should i shoot it, or pass it on to someone who is a collector?

Woof. My memory of things read about these is...

that Tucson was the last location of the company. Certainly a rare critter. Some .41 Magnum nut may just be willing to pay a large sum for it. I broke that addiction years ago, but I understand the feelings.

I would consider flipping it to a collector...

seems like you are positioned well on it. Perhaps you could request a swap plus cash for a lesser conditioned example.

I may do that......it is a beauty ..MUST NOT KEEP

I'd shoot it. My experience with the US Sporting Arms family of guns is that there aren't that many collectors out there and they rarely pay enough for a gun like that to not just keep it and shoot it.

I would shoot it. It's not like it was Keith's number 5, although I would shoot it too.

I'd have to shoot it too. Very nice revolver there.
