Let's talk Sharps rifles...
I see that Cubrock and others are wanting one. I recently passed on a nice Shiloh in 45-120. I wasn't that concerned about the recoil but they seem to be a little hard to shoot consistently. You could say recoil but there's a lot going on in that long case of BP too. Consistency is important.
Who's into Sharps rifles? What do you have? Who wants one?
I really miss my Shiloh in 50-90. It was so beautiful. This photo was shot in Rob Leahy's yard in Alaska. We lived about 15 minutes away from each other.
