Partially scratched an itch.....

I've been looking into it, and apparently some folks have notified the state that they would cross over into Oregon or Idaho, perform the work there, and then return. That has been approved by the powers that be a few times thus far.

I am 10 miles from Oregon. I may buy another M1 in the form of an Inland Advisor pistol, which already has the shortened barrel, and would only need the wire stock attached. Easy-peasy, and I can just leave the first one as is.
