Maplewood Bullets Lee 452-255-RF
The grease grooves are awful small, I durn near wiped the lube outta that bullet just cleaning it up for the photo. I suspect those small disturbances to the bullet's bearing surface may be one of the reasons it shoots well. I am getting just the slightest hint of leading in the revolver, but it never seems to go beyond that regardless if 6 or 60 shots are fired.
I suspect this bullet would be OK just rolled in Alox, but I'll leave that to you folks with more experience in those matters.
