Does anybody still make a wrist ammo carrier?
I use a black elastic cuff with 6 shell loops that slides over the butt stock of all of my single shots. I punched a small hole for the sling stud to protrude through and it is snug as a bug in a rug. I still normally carry one or two between the fingers on my off hand as well.
