I'd sniff around at the Savave 24 board, www.savage24.com. Given that the .22lr/whatever shotgun versions are asking $500+ I would suspect a bit more for the .22 Hornet.
I sniffed! Thanks, but it doesn't seem that there are

...I don't recall ever running across one before. Every 24V I run across in real life seems to be $450 and up. 222's most common, maybe a little lower. .357 mags and max can bring $600-$650
Haven't clue on the hornet, don't think I've seen one.
Even I haven't been spending much time on Savage24 lately lol, that's just the way it works. There's two or three guys that float through who would know the collectors value, but I'm not having any luck finding their email.
EDIT: I forgot I'm Admin and have everyones email on the site. lol I sent the one guy an email, we'll see if it's an account he uses often. lol
Thanks. I had no idea there was a .22 Hornet version &

can't find much at all on values in any venue. 24s had a really good run a couple of years back and seem to have leveled off a bit but they don't last long in the rack!

I don't see any in the catalogs I have online.
Wondering now if it's not an F or a transition "predator" (which I think are F's anyway)
All I know is that I was told it was a 24V and that

I found a couple of them so identified (can't look at the gun you know) on the interwebz (and you HAVE to believe everything you read on the interwebz, right monsieur?). So being ignorant on the subject I thought I'd own up to that and just ask some of the most knowledgeable people in the world. As you know, gun shop clerks get this sort of question all the time.
