In my experience, the Canadian guns all had the broad arrow proof stamp. I think this is true with the 2nd HEs, but I'm not sure with TLs. All of the British lend-lease TLs were shipped back just piled loose into crates, and therefore exhibit an overall coverage of tiny little dings and scratches. Yours doesn't appear to have this, so if it is the original finish, as it appears to be, and there is no broad arrow proof, then it's a wild card, and that makes it even mo better.
