Anyone else notice the serial number on the gun butt is S 134169 and the barrel is stamped S 134139? The grips are rounded on the bottom also which is a nice touch for that time period.

the "3" - in the serial numbers, as opposed to the work numbers - every "3" has a squared top.
If you enlarge the picture of the barrel serial # you can see the rest of the "6", closing the apparent gap.
