Mothers' Day Shoot

Today we had our 50-yard .22 benchrest shoot for May. As we score it I shot a 360 and the top three shot a 435, 405 and 385. I was 4th but we only had 10 shooters. The open class only had 2 shooters and they shot 440 and 385. I only figured out what I've been doing wrong all season about 1/3rd of the way through the second 25 targets. TOO late to save it but if I had shot as well early I coulda been a contender! Of course it was fun.

No, I don't feel bad for leaving my wife at home, she made me go and she and our oldest daughter ate out at a restaurant I will not patronize. They had a grand time.
