Met Sheriff Jim Wilson today at the convention today. Last one in Nashville I met Bill Jordan and Mike Venturino. Lots of great "toys" but wish I had a dollar for every AR15 and AK47 I saw. Was still some purty walnut and blued steel though. Saw Jeff Quinn wandering the aisles too and met my brother-in-law's high school classmate Gordon Bond of Bond Arms fame.

Jim Wilson is fun to spend time with for sure!

Great fellow, and not a bad singer and guitar picker either.

Good times!

They are making a 22 mini revolver with an aluminum frame. They had a picture but there was a problem with shipping and they didn't have an example.

I looked up some stuff about Sheriff Jess Sweeten of Henderson County, Texas, whose guns and gear we saw yesterday. Apparently quite a fellow. I had not heard of him before. Seems like he knew how to use his guns, his fists, and his head, as appropriate to the situation.

my wife's cousin lives in that county.
