From way back when. In fact so far back he will have to say when.
These pictures are a bullet cast by Brian Tonnacliff from a Robert Applegate mold. It is .460" diameter & weighs 415 grains. And the bottom picture is the NEI .451210PB from WW & Tin cast by Cherokee.

Your card was in the box on which you wrote concerning the NEI bullet. There was also a hand written note on a separate piece on paper about the Applegate bullet.
