The good news is they don't get snapped up as fast nor as dear as their Smiff and Colt counterparts. The bad news is they don't show up as often. I used to have an extra squirreled away...I'll check.
As for sights, I'm pretty sure XS makes a replacement...mebee in their 'Big Dot' series? I do know the front bead for a SP-101 will NOT work, at least without a fair bit of fiddlin'.

Edited to add: Pretty sure the rear sight blade is the same as the Black/Redhawks. Ruger did supply those with white outline at one time.
