If the auction info is correct, that as done for David Keng of Keng's Firearms Specialties, importers and purveyors of Chinese AKs back in the day, along with lots of other neat goodies.
I like it, though one would have to be careful shooting it. Gas/flame from the B/C gap could do a number on your arm.
Definitely different than the norm...

Wonder how much of a problem the bbl/cyl gap really is for the support hand. I would imagine a shield ala the Judge-based carbine would be a welcome addition.
