Charles, Texas federal judge restrains Obama administration
Yes, it came out pretty much as expected knowing the man. I am also certain he knew the "mature and consequences of his acts", and his opinion was crafted knowing that SCOTUS would get the case in the due course of time. We will just see how things go from here, but for the time being Judge Hanen has been David to Obama's Goliath.
