Fun little video I made this morning

Shooting my 686 at both 100 and 200 yrds. The gongs are 9x18 inchers and the boolit is Mihec MP 360-640 cast from straight WW's water dropped and sized to 358 lubed with carnuba red. load is 14.8 grains of IMR 4227 on top a Fed SPM primer. Funny thing is I needed a load and like a lot of us here don't have a lot of my regular powders but have 5 or 6 pounds of the 4227, so gave it a shot and it worked out well. I enjoyed making this one and hope you enjoy it as well. Just click on the pic. [image]

Good shooting. Especially impressive with first round hits at both ranges. Thanks for posting.

Dennis, I have enjoyed the videos you post.

Dennis,

Watched it with my 2 1/2 yr old grandson. When you went to 200 yds, he said "OMG grandpa, he hit it" -- he has 2 teenage sisters.

What brand/model is the scope?

Thanks,

Paul

Paul,I'm so happy to hear your grandson enjoyed it! The scope is a Nikon in 2 power, I have the more expensive model Monarch on my 629 but IMHO the least expensive of the two is the better of the two. Could be just me but seems clearer to my eyes. I consider my self lucky at 59 and a few months to still be able to see the nine inch gongs clearly enough to prefer one scope over another. ;-)
