Does not sound good. Adjusting the sights should be easy, sounds like cheap to me...

Thanks Hobie. I was slightly interested but you have put that to rest. By the way what do you think of that Browning 1911 22?

Art

I like the little Browning. Sort of a semi-auto Bearcat.

More accurate than the SIG P938-22!

Of the Troops & For the Troops

Shoulda bought the 9mm:)

I know, I know...I couldn't help myself:). My 9mm has been utterly reliable though, except for the front sight that was about 1/16" to the left of being centered and the tritium dot almost dead BEFORE I centered it. I called them and they sent another. It went dead! Also, it shoots about 5"-6" high. I put a set of XS Big Dot Express sights on it and it's fine now...except that the design of my White Hat Mini-Tuck hybrid holster scrapes the top of the sight where the sight channel tapers down while drawing the gun. That's chipping the white paint off the top of the dot. I've repainted it and it works for now but I'm not carrying it because it will continue scraping. They are supposed to be sending a taller sight but they are out of stock and it's been weeks since I've heard from them. I haven't decided what to do. I shouldn't have to replace sights on a new gun and a holster shouldn't scrape a front sight and an XS sight should be capable of enduring a rub from a smooth Kydex holster. I love the gun, I love Sig's factory Sig-Lite Nite Sights, XS Big Dots and this slick little holster but the whole combination is I irritating me so it's sitting in the safe and I'm carrying my preferred carry gun anyhow...my GP100. Ultimately I will probably go to one of Rob's little silver dollar pancakes with straps and probably put the factory sights back on if they will get them in stock. But other than that it's a sweet little gun.

I just called Sig...

And they have my sight in stock now. It will ship out in two weeks he said. Not sure why the delay but at least it's coming. I'll probably put the factory sights back on with the taller front sight they are sending and save the XS sights for a back up set.
