This may be a record...

I picked up an M92 AK pistol a few months back with intent to file a form 1 and turn it into an SBR. Well, I wanted to shoot it first to make sure it would function before investing $200 in a stamp along with other money to make it 922r compliant. While I was waiting to shoot it, atf cancelled the eForms site meaning I'd be back to submitting a paper form that would take 8-12 months. I have it a little bit and finally got an email saying that F1's were back available online. I submitted one that afternoon and a short 3 1/2 weeks later I had an approved Form 1!

I hadn't expected it to be so quick so I had t worried about getting the reciever engraved. I ended up trading some kydex work to a local guy who can electrochemically etch metal. I got it back today and proceeded to fit the stock to it. I think it's a right handy little rifle. I can't wait to see how it shoots now with a stock. It sure handles easy!!

Neat...you'll have to let us know how it does with that

stubby barrel. That was the quickest turnaround I have heard of.

Good luck.

Those are two things:

1 Flame Throwers (if you miss, don't worry, you'll set hajji on fire)
2 Loud enough to wake the dead (wear some kind, any kind, of hearing protection).

Good luck.

Yep, it was a flame thrower for sure!! I saw a pretty good video showing manticore's muzzle brake vs their flash hider and the brake didn't seem to do much, so I went with a flash hider. I haven't shot it with it on there yet though.

You can see some nice muzzle flashes on the little video review I did of it.

M92 video

I was surprised that it wasn't louder. I started out with. Plugs and muffs but took off the muffs later on. I'm probably going to an indoor range this week to try it out and you can bet I'll be doubled up again!!

the atf seems to be really attempting to shorten wait times.

They have added personnel and are working on both repairing eforms 1.0 and developing ecorms 2.0. They say form1s will stay available on eforms. Form 3s & 4s likely wont be back until eform 2.0 appears. However, I got one form2 back in less than a day, so that's a plus.

Anything to reduce the wait times is good...

For sure!! I just wish they'd put the 5320.20 on the Eform site!
