My Commander was $670 out-the-door
Have had no issues with it or the 5" but would have to admit to only running 2-300 rounds through them. Buddy bought a full size and, on the first trip to the range, the trigger refused to reset. Trigger pull was very rough. I would never claim to be a 1911 'smith but I volunteered to see what I could find. Upon disassembly, it was found that he had neglected to remove the stickers from his mags and bits of gummed paper were sticking to the trigger bow channel. A quick swab and reassembly and it's now running just fine. No way to blame anyone but the operator on that one. Of course, I was very kind to him.
Edited to add: the flat main spring housing and I don't get along too well. So, replacement is in the future but that's personal preference.
