Hi-Power fans - AIM Surplus has some at a good price
I suspect these are from Israel (IDF). The ones I have handled have been in pretty decent shape mechanically, with finish wear that varies from a lot to a little. For under $500, though, it is hard to beat for a using Hi Power.

I later went back and it comes up with an error. Don't know what happened on their side.
Anywho, those are the ones I was talking about. They had pre-1963 ones for $499 when I posted, but they are sold out now.
