Two side plates, sandwich the shell handling mechanism. Every dimension is readily available to accurate and fast tooling. It is also relatively easy to detail strip. And, it's a handsome piece.
Since I'm on this Utilitarian Bender, I just could not throw it in the trunk, to live in a case. Besides,I have a TD 10/22 stainless doing that. ;~`)
I am keeping an eye peeled for the right DA SS .357 -- thinking Ruger Security-Six type of combo/hammer .357 banger, but no hurry. what yo want eventually wanders y'r way, at the price for which you are prepared.
