sorry to hear of the situation, Mark. I will attest that property and things come, are cherished, and go on to other people's lives -- yet they always remain in memory. And, now you have time to make new memories: woods loafing, and family, and enjoyment of time to look around at the newness of each day.

BTW, we have new Chessie Gurl, age 16 weeks, and from the first Macha, Warrior Queen & "get those effin' puppies away from me", has at age ten, adopted and taken on the newcomer -- teaching her all the Doggie Ed a little brown girl needs to know -- including the fine art of a general row-row-row.

Take good care of yourself, and get lots and lots of fresh air. You live where you can do all the good stuff, so pack a .22 pistol, grab the best plinker rifle and start some 'woodsie ways'
