Rossi and Taurus get a bad rap from the "ain't made in the USA" crowd. But they can produce find firearms. My little 431 is a right handy little fiveshooter. Did some long range plinking with it a while back. Held right on a tumbleweed at about 250 yards or so when I did my part. And that in spite of the fact that it's only a 3" barrel, fixed sights and I can't shoot that good. A four inch with adjustable sites in stainless should make a really decent carry piece.
