Colt Officer's Model .22

I found one of these on a local classifieds board. It ended up belonging to a guy I know and have done several deals with. He describes it as grungy, but a good shooter. Best I can tell from some quick research is it's a second model OMM. I'll try and upload a couple grainy pics he forwarded to me. I'm going to try and lay hands on it Saturday. Based on this horrible description does anyone have a ballpark price range? I'm thinking it'd be a good mate to my 1947 S&W K-22.

I could be happy with that as my sole 22 pistol.

Assuming it is mechanically sound

with proper carry-up, I would think $400 would be fair in that condition. I know I'd be happy to own it at that. They are GREAT shooters.

This last year I picked up a Colt Official Police in .22lr... it was made in 1948... it shoots great and locks up tight.... I paid $350 for it... I know it's not the Officer's Model... but it's close enough for my tastes... GRIN
