Moving back home

by Miles Fortis ⌂ @, CIVITATES AMERICAE, Friday, April 04, 2014, 13:21 (3892 days ago)

Effective today, I retired from the civil service (maybe temporarily, maybe for good)

Moving back home to Missouri as soon as I can get all the things here wound up.

See you next year then, the Good Lord willing. nt

HOW IS YOUR DAD DOING?

No too bad

by Miles Fortis ⌂ @, CIVITATES AMERICAE, Friday, April 04, 2014, 21:34 (3892 days ago) @ SIXGUNNER

For 89.
I should do as well when I get to there.
He goes to the Lindner's a few times a month to shoot boolets and the breeze with Tom and eat Emily's fine cooking.

Now I know I won't miss his 90th birthday, or Christmas this year.

No too bad
