It's a problem with perception by those who don't know an airgun from a B52 Bomber. I need to find a way to have the packaging "sanitized", something along the lines of "pneumatic repair parts" on the customs form and just plain ziplocks or whatever to hold the components. Haven't figured out how to do it yet, am considering ordering some pieces for a Daisy 880 I'm trying to repair as well so as to make for an order worth paying the postage on.
