Lever-fun comparisons -- 92's

Have been weighing the Rossi's with many positive feedbacks, including Steve's Guns...So, went to site and spec'd out the upgrades offered, to pretty much leave 'no more extra's" needed. Delvered here will push roughly 900.., mebbe a bit minus.

So, went back to the gun that prompted this objective; Taylor & Company's 92 take-down, as reviewed in Gunblast; 1350.oo retail. has ABOUT EVERYTHING ONE COULD LOAD ONTO A WORKING GUN. However, working with a local long time buddy FFL holder, it may be that that price to me thru him could be subject to some serious 'final price' modification.

lets say the difference between a Steve's Loaded and the Taylor Td could be...arouind 300.00...and that would land a loaded a takedown over the Steve's Deluxe Everyservice and Sights -- with no wait for nice months to return the basic gun to have it upgraded. mind you, i have every sympathy for Steve's business needs and practices.. they are necessary for him to survive.

This 'final whittle' is proceeding at a good pace, in antiques, excess books, duplicate hand tools, etc. Too bad there can't be a inperson board Garage Sale. ;~`)

Thanks, as always.
