Going price on a 6 1/2" three screw .357 Blackhawk?

Saw one at a shop today I forget the exact price, but I think it was mid-upper $400. Looked good through the glass but all the guys were busy so I didn't handle it. No idea if it had been converted or not.

I have had a nice one on Gunbroker for months at $425 opening bid and no action, so that tells you that, right now, that may be a bit high??
