The only thing the safe act has done is create the same situation that prohibition did in the 20's. A total disregard for the law and turning law abiding citizens into criminals overnight. This one law has turned many people into anarchists. Everyone I know will rebel against most new laws that are passed. That is the real reason prohibition was repealed. The government was afraid everyone would disregard all new laws. Not because it wasn't working or was creating more organized crime.
