Off topic - Who makes a good pair of scissors?
With four children in the house, it's not uncommon for my wife's and my own useful implements to go missing. This has happened to my wife's favorite pair of scissors, a sharp, smooth-handled eight-inch pair that cut a nice clean line with little effort.
So I'm thinking of replacing them for her as a Christmas gift, but I want to get her a really good pair... something that one of our kids might inherit one day.
So who makes a really good pair of scissors? I want them to be sharp, durable, smooth-handling and capable of cutting a clean, straight line in cloth or paper. I don't mind spending a little money on them. I'm not really interested in Fiskars... no plastic, thanks.
I figured if anyone knew, it would be y'all.
Thanks in advance,
