Yes, the Colt is a Lightning...
My Grandfather had one in 44-40 that was in real nice shape, with a perfect bore. They have a reputation for being a rather delicate design, that is not capable of withstanding smokeless powder pressures. The new Taurus versions are supposed to be a bit stronger, with much better metallurgy.
