I found one at a pawn shop, in Hastings Michigan yesterday, I can`t remember the last time I have ever seen one for sale. It look`s very good in & out and they want $325.00 for it . I bet they would let go for less. any thoughts on this rifle?? is it a good price?? Thank`s in advance. Frank

I saw one yesterday at Cabelas, was priced over $400

A quick Gunbroker search of completed auctions showed the lowest sold price was $380 and some reached up well north of $500. The magnums seem to be worth more.

some decades. Current holder uses it to keep pond clear of muskrats. 125 yards to far end, plus porch & yard. 4x scope and clean head shots are not unusual, with a rest on the porch rail.

Back in the mid 70's up in Wyoming..

We had helluva time whacking Jacks with 22 rifles. Seems it took 3 or more, sometimes 6 or 7 shots to bring one down. Following year we had two Marlin Model 57's in 22mag. Only took one shot with hollowpoint 22mag ammo. We were making DRT shots on Jacks beyond 100 yds, and it was easy with the open sights.
