Sounds like me
I just confirmed my order for a 1911 38 Super with the Colt Custom Gun Shop. I have wanted a Super to rebuild for quite some time but just couldnt find one for a reasonable price so I bit the bullet and went for a Dancing Pony. I also like the old style 1911s. I specified a wide spur hammer, Flat m/s housing old style grip and thumb safety. I also specified a trigger job, checkered front strap, hi-hold cut and an enhanced reliability package, novac nite sights. The piece will be finished in Colt Royal Blue with Matt flats. The only glitch is the 220 day delivery time. Should be worth the wait.
