Dozier knives.....

....need no introduction from me, but they offered a limited run of this particular knife a year and a half ago and my wife bought me one for my birthday. It's back on the market. It is a variation on the timeless Loveless drop-point hunter design, made with D2 and heat treated using Dozier's special process, and takes an exceptional edge. Life is short, treat yourself to quality tools. And besides, hunting season is almost here!

My wife bought me a Slim Outdoorsman years ago and started my Dozier collecting. Out of all the doziers I have I like my Personal for everyday carry and for whitetails I really like the Slim Outdoorsman blade style. The Canoe is a nice small game knife. I bought one from A G Russell a few year back. The only thing I do not like is the kydex sheaths. I'm a leather guy. But I do understand and appreciate the kydex sheaths for safety and practicality. Just this year I had Mike Barranti make a leather sheath for the Slim Outdoorsman. Here is a picture of the knife and sheath.
