Oakwood Apartments prohibits residents from posessing weapon
Just read a story on Yahoo which is merely a pointer to the story on The Blaze about an apartment complex in Castle Rock, Co. prohibiting residents from possessing firearms.

I am not sure how this would even be legal.
The apartments are managed by Ross Management, but the owners, according to the Douglas County tax records

They take HUD money as well as county money. Can a municipality infringe on Constitutional Rights? Hope they get challenged on this one. Any lawyers know if this crap is legal?
