'Help' (if you are running a PC...)
You probably have the Windows utility program called PAINT installed on your machine.
If so, it usually appears on the START MENU under 'Accessories'. (NOTE: If it doesn't appear there, search for paint.exe on your C-drive)
Using PAINT, you can resize your image file(s).
