AR handguards FS..........

Are the short ones CAR or M4? The reason I ask is that I have a CAR-15 with pencil barrel I put together and it has the FAT M-4 handguard. I would much rather have the skinnier CAR handguards. The M-4 handguard looks too fat on my gun.
