All polygonal rifling styles aren't the same.
My Tanfoglio Limited has polygonal rifling and there's no issue with lead. I don't think I've ever fired a jacketed round through it. Or cleaned it for that matter. Not a hint of leading.
What type the Kahr has of course, I haven't a clue.
