Looking for gunsmith to slick up double action S&W

by MDF99 @, SW Ohio, Friday, April 19, 2013, 09:39 (4181 days ago)

I've only ever worked with single action smiths, Clements and D. Linebaugh. Who are some great double action gunsmiths? Internet search turned up Cunningham, never heard of him. Looking for a top shelf double action trigger job, N frame 625. Thanks !

Milt is a very busy man

I get to see him a couple times of year at the Louisville show. Always good to spend some time with him.

He went to supper with our group the last go-round. One of our regular party is an avid hobbyist gun plumber and he spent most of the show and a good part of supper picking Milt's brain. It was one of the highlights of the show for him.

I know - off topic from the OP's question. :)

I just went through his website and read some informative well written articles. Unfortunately, he states he has a 2 year backlog and is not accepting new work; another very busy man.
