Anyone know a good person in northern OK?
Have an old friend who lives in Ponca City and is thinking about getting a firearm for concealed carry but knows very little about them. Was curious if anyone here could recommend a good instructor, or shop, or individual, to help get them on their way?

To me, your title said 'I'm looking for someone in Northern Oklahoma who you might recommend to provide certain services and/or goods'.
I think the 'problem' is just that no one has an answer for you yet.
