A couple of points. First, the number of people that just walk away. Second, how stupid this "experiment" is and how easy the moron with the rope could have been killed.

How lucky they were someone didn't get shot.
Rangers pulled a prank robbery at a state park here
a few years back. It was before it was legal to carry in a park. If they tried that now, somebody might get shot (almost surprised they didn't then).
Damn glad I wasn't on that train w/kids.
