. . . what his 90% is compared to yours, and how strong your "gotta have it" factor is.

I have decided that I cannot properly evaluate a gun without hands-on examination. This, of course, limits my opportunities at the purchase of neat old stuff.

Good pictures are a big help, and if good enough may satisfy the "almost-hands-on" scenario.

That said, OM .45's are a relatively scarce commodity in either length, and deserve a little more consideration than some others. I haven't seen one of almost any condition under $500 for a long time.
