I did it.... the guy offered both the Winchester and the Colt to me for $700 so I took the deal...
one thing tho.. the Winchester was not the "long rifle"... it is a 20" carbine... but for that price ($350) and being a pre-64... I figured I'd might as well go for it anyway... GRIN
