FS: S&W 2nd Model Hand Ejector in 45 Colt with a 6" bbl. This is a very early 2nd Model gun (s/n 6473, made ~1916?) that likely overlaps the end of the triple locks, at least from a s/n perspective. From the frame stampings, it was most likely a WWI Canadian military contract gun in 455 Eley. It was rechambered at some point to 45 Colt. Finish is poor, but it is just surface wear. There is no pitting or rust, and a good restorer could have it looking great with ease. Grips are original, and numbered, to gun. Just a neat ol' sixgun.

This thing shoots pretty good once, like most fixed sighted guns, you figure out the sights with your load.

It's a fun gun, that I have shot some, but tends to stay in the safe most of the time so I figured I'd sell it and see if someone else might get more use out of it.

Asking $525, shipped to your FFL or C&R.

First "I'll take it" email to me at bigbore45colt @ ptd.net (remove the space in front of and after the @) gets it. Payment by USPS money order or certified funds. Feel free to email with any questions.

I'll leave this here for a few days and, if unsold, will take to auction.

Thanks for looking!

Matt
