I had the chance today to go to Turnbull's. it's only 30 minutes from me. I have a 357 flattop I'm getting the frame Case hardened. Though long a out having the rest of the gun charcoal blued but it is still nicely blued. I would have left it factory totally but someone put a nice hole in the top strap. I sent the frame to Dick Thompson for a set of grips and will have the frame ceracoated in satin when I get it back. I will post pics when I get it completed.

It is awesome to have it so close you would not believe the guns in the showroom. Was actually a like sparse today but man they is some awesome leverguns and SxS shotguns there. Also had a bunch of 1911's. Tom Selleck's has a 1895 there on consignment that is stunning!!! Very nice 16 ga Fox there too. Definitely worth stopping if you are in The area. Lots of other neat stuff to look at. Most the guns on his website are out in the racks.
